There hasn't been a day this past week when coverage of the Sapporo Air Raid didn't run on TV. But, the more that we saw the event on TV, the more that the event seemed surreal to us, the ones affected by the event. The television was converting reality into fiction. That's how we felt, SO neither my friends nor myself follow the news any longer, if possible.
